37. James³ Bowie (Annis², James¹) (#2020) was born in Louisiana 1838.

He married Marie Jane Berzat Bowie in Avoyelles Parish, Louisiana, January 8, 1860. (Marie Jane Berzat Bowie is #2009.) Marie was born in Louisiana 1834. Marie was the daughter of Julien Berzat and Edvise Joffrion Berzat.

James Bowie and Marie Jane Berzat Bowie had the following children:

132 ii. Eve Dorothee Bowie (#4025) was born in Louisiana April 4, 1865.
